CLASS SCHEDULE

Our 45-minute barre class is for any body. It is a combination of yoga, Pilates and ballet inspired moves fused with strength training and isometric exercises. You can expect to sculpt, tone, lengthen and strengthen your full body while increasing your flexibility and mobility. You'll move to the beat of the music while being challenged to be your best self. Class ends with a meditative cool-down which will leave you feeling invigorated and relaxed.
